About Southco

Southco's underlying foundations lie with the South Chester Tube Company, which was established in 1899 as a maker of tubing lines, and couplings in the thriving oil industry in the United States. In 1945, the South Chester Corporation started making clasps in Essington, Pennsylvania, and enlisted the Southco name every year. After five years, Southco opened an office in Lester, Pennsylvania to coordinate the organization's development. In 1974, Southco moved its corporate workplaces to the Concordville office, while proceeding to develop and extend. In 1983, Southco started worldwide tasks with acquisitions in the United Kingdom and Germany, before long followed by further acquisitions in Italy, Spain, and France to set up Southco's European deals power. In 1988, Southco extended its product offering by obtaining the Simmons Fastener Company and Thermo Products. During the 1990s and mid 2000s, Southco gradually opened up the Asian market, first with an office in Melbourne, Australia and an association with NBK, and later by opening a business office in South Korea, and a territorial base camp in Hong Kong. In 2004 and 2005, Southco opened or gained different offices in China, including Fu Yong, Shi Han, and Shanghai, just as procuring CEMA Technologies in Audubon, Pennsylvania. More offices in Pune, India, and Chihuahua, Mexico were opened in 2008, and in 2011 the Fu Yong and Shanghai were united into a solitary office at Shenzhen, China.
